Overview
Overview
Overview is the screen you will look at most in NextNet AI 3.1. It is your one-screen summary: how ready your content is, how often AI mentions you, and what to fix first.
Before you start
Unavailablenever means zero. It means we have not measured that yet. We would rather tell you we do not know than guess.- A blank dashboard usually means one thing. No website is selected in the domain dropdown at the top right. Check that first.
- Nothing changes your site without you. Every recommendation waits for a person to review and carry it out. See the Action Center article for how that works.
What is on this screen
- AIR Score (AI Readiness, out of 100) — how well your content itself is built to be found and understood by AI. Two parts make it up, shown underneath. SemFit is how well your content matches the topics you want to be known for. Trust is the trust signals AI engines can find.
- Share of voice (SOV) — how often you show up in AI answers compared to competitors, for the topics we are tracking.
- Scenarios — how many groups of buyer questions are actively running for your main campaign.
- Action Center — how many open recommendations are waiting for your review.
- Prompts — how many buyer questions we are asking AI on your behalf, and across how many AI engines.
- What needs attention and what to do next — the constraints holding your visibility back, and the prioritized fixes, pulled from your latest Report Card.
Overview's panels each show their freshest eligible data on their own schedule, so two panels can legitimately have different update times. This is by design, not a sign that something is stuck.
Worth knowing: a high AIR Score with a low share of voice is common, and it is not a contradiction. Your content can be in good shape while AI engines are still recommending competitors instead of you. That gap is what the rest of the platform helps you close.
Known issue: a tile is designed to show either a real number (for example,
73.8%) or the wordUnavailablewhen nothing has been measured yet. Right now, some tiles instead show the wordPartialwhere a number should be. This does not mean anything is wrong with your account — it is a display bug we are aware of and fixing. If you see it, the number will return on the next refresh or measurement cycle.
