Action Center
Action Center
The Action Center is your central hub for optimizing your website. It gathers every recommendation from across our platform into one convenient place, making it simple to review items and choose your next steps. You can open it anytime from the left navigation menu.
Key Concepts & Details
When reviewing items in your Action Center, here is how your recommendations are organized:
-
Producer: The specific tool or engine within our platform that generated the recommendation. Recommendations originate from three main producers: Technical Audit, Content Audit, and Publisher Reputation.
-
Timeline: Tracks when the item was first observed and when it was most recently updated.
-
Severity: Categorized as High, Medium, or Low so you can prioritize urgent fixes first.
-
Your Decision: You retain full control. Choose to Accept (approve), Dismiss (ignore), or keep an item Open to review later.
How Fixes WorkApproving or accepting a finding logs your decision and routes the task to a designated team member (or our team) to carry out. The Action Center is designed to measure, diagnose, and recommend—it will not make automatic, unreviewed changes directly to your live site.
Understanding Your Audits or "Producers"
Technical Audit
Focuses on the technical SEO health of your site based on your latest crawl. These checks ensure search engines and AI crawlers can read, crawl, and index your content smoothly.
-
What we inspect: Sitemaps, redirects, page load weight, image alt text, canonical tags, internal/external links, heading structure, meta descriptions, and structured data.
-
How it's delivered: Issues are organized into plain-English fix lists, complete with severity levels and direct links to affected pages.
Content Audit
Identifies specific growth opportunities for your existing content based on your site's current performance. It provides four distinct actionable recommendations:
-
Create: Publish a new page to cover an unaddressed topic gap.
-
Expand: Enrich existing content with additional depth.
-
Consolidate: Merge overlapping or competing pages.
-
Fix Trust Issues: Resolve credibility or trust flags.
Note: Sometimes, the audit will confirm that your content is already performing well and no changes are needed!
Search & AI Analysis (Publisher Reputation)
Provides visibility into how AI search engines and answer surfaces present your brand. You can accept, dismiss, or leave recommendations open, with direct links back to the source evidence for easy verification.
A Quick Note on Source Links:We are actively expanding our evidence-viewing features! If a Review source link points to a page that isn't available yet, rest assured that the underlying evidence is accurate and verified—only the external view link is currently being built out. Thank you for your patience as we finalize this feature!
