Brand Dossier

Your Brand Dossier serves as your stored brand fact sheet. We construct this for you during your initial onboarding process to ensure all brand measurements are accurate and tailored to your business.
Seeing an "Unavailable" Status?
If your Brand Dossier displays as Unavailable, this simply means your account onboarding is still wrapping up. As soon as onboarding finishes, your dossier will automatically populate—no troubleshooting or support ticket required!

Prompts & Topics

The Prompts & Topics section outlines the specific topics and competitors that define your primary brand measurement, as well as the rules for updating them.
When making updates to your setup, keep the following processing timelines in mind:
  • Topic Changes: Applied the next time our system re-processes your website.
  • Prompt Changes: Applied during your next scheduled measurement run.
A Quick Note on Updates:
Neither type of change applies instantly. If you make an edit and refresh your page right away, seeing no immediate change is completely normal! Rest assured your updates are queued and will automatically take effect during the next scheduled system run.
