Report Card

The Report Card is your shareable, point-in-time snapshot. It shows a visibility grade, why you got it, who AI recommends ahead of you, and the exact fixes to make, in priority order. Open it from Overview → View Report Card.

What is on the Report Card

  • The cover — your visibility grade and the date this snapshot was taken. The cover is frozen on purpose, so the numbers do not drift after you save or send it.
  • What the evidence says — a set of plain-English assessments, such as Leading , Developing , or Complete . They cover your answer visibility, engine reach, content readiness, and how much of your site and market we were able to measure. Each line names exactly what was measured.
  • Competitive landscape — a ranked list of who AI recommends in your category. Your position is marked clearly, and each competitor carries a short note.
  • The action plan — a numbered list of fixes in priority order, each one traced back to a specific finding on your own site.
  • Questions measured — every buyer question we asked AI on your behalf, so you can see the work behind the grade.

Worth knowing: the Overview screen's AIR Score and the Report Card's visibility grade can look like they disagree. You may see a strong AIR Score next to a weak grade. They measure different things. AIR is about how good your content is. The grade is about whether AI is finding and citing it. Content that is well built but rarely cited still needs work.

Getting help acting on the action plan

Match each fix type in your action plan to a service:

Fix type Service to use

Technical issues, such as sitemaps, headings, or meta descriptions Technical SEO
Missing backlinks Link building

Ask your account manager which service fits a specific finding.
